There are several ways to engage the author with your organisation

• Speaking engagement to your senior team, usually in the form of presentation or a longer interactive mini-workshop.
  
  
• The Leader with Seven Faces Seminar: this is a one or two day seminar with a management team within your company, using the framework described in the book and usually with pre-seminar reading of additional texts, tailored to your organisation.
  
  
• The Leader with Seven Faces Senior Executive Retreat: this is a Monday to Friday programme on Leadership for Senior Executives/ CEOs.
  
  It has become almost impossible for leaders in organisations today to create some personal space for reflection, review of one's leadership capacity and creation of forward-looking plans. Pulled in many directions, the senior executive often reacts to events without the opportunity to sit back and evaluate his role as leader. This retreat provides protected space and time for this, whilst at the same time bringing clear structure to the review of one's leadership using Leandro Herrero's framework described in the book. The emphasis of the retreat is on personal time. If you are a CEO or senior executive looking for leadership programmes based on climbing mountains, building bridges 'as a team' or putting your physical energy to the test on a survival exercise, this is NOT your retreat!
