At both events, his speech focused on how behavioural change the Viral Change way can create fast and sustainable cultural change in sales operations. He stressed that change needs to go beyond training and communication and that by uncovering the hidden powers of influence in the organisation you're on the fast track to making success contagious.
"I'm pleased to see that Viral Change resonates so well with people," Dr Herrero says. "It is a completely different form of change management and the results are faster, long-lasting and sustainable. My goal was to show people the value of Viral Change in Sales Force Effectiveness and I'm very grateful to all the people who rated the speech as 'excellent' as it shows I'm doing something right."
