A seminar version of this programme has in the past been delivered to biotech companies in collaboration with professional biotech associations, and is now available to single companies.
"In the two years since the new structure was implemented, there has not been a single case of discrepancy between what the functional groups and project teams had in shared understanding and management of process such as the annual budget. This has allowed for up-front debate around budget attrition, and enabled a portfolio approach across projects. There has been much greater transparency between budgets and plans so it has been possible to manage the finite resources more effectively across the portfolio."
"The 'OneTeam' programme provided organisational clarity and accountability that did not exist before."
