About the author
The author, Leandro Herrero, was a practicing psychiatrist for many years before holding senior leadership positions in leading business organisations. He currently leads The Chalfont Project Ltd, an international consulting group of organisational architects, which focuses on organisational innovation, behavioural change management, leadership and human collaboration.

"I want to believe, and I hope, that this is a novel book on leadership. Instead of describing yet another theory or another academic approach, it emphasizes what to practice to become a leader or to improve your own leadership skills. I wanted to have a long conversation, as I call it, with anybody in the private or public sector who's interested in leadership and who's trying to find out the right questions to ask him/herself and the organisation. I firmly believe that the search for questions is more important than the provision of ready-made answers!'
